An illustrative 13-week route to dispatch. Approvals and shipping affect your delivery date.
Confirm measurements, fabric, trims, construction and artwork placement. Bring reference garments and vector artwork to reduce back-and-forth.
Sampling determines your ship date. A round trip takes roughly 10 days including courier. Two rounds are typical; involve all decision-makers from round one.
Review lab dips, trims and a complete size-set sample. Checking only the middle size can leave problems elsewhere in the size range.
Fabric is dyed to the approved lab dip. Dyeing follows a batch queue; allow time for the process and material inspection.
Quality checks happen during assembly. Garments are washed when specified, then pressed, tagged, polybagged and packed.
Check against the approved sample before dispatch. Freight time is additional and depends on your destination and transport choice.

Always allow for dyeing and quality inspection. Confirm your project schedule before committing to a launch date.
