You retain ownership of artwork, patterns and specifications you send us. We use them solely to quote and produce your order.
Before you launch
Replace this with reviewed terms covering order acceptance, payment and deposit schedules, tolerance on quantity and colour, inspection and rejection criteria, Incoterms, liability limits and governing law. Manufacturing disputes turn on exactly these clauses.
