What is your minimum order quantity?

50 pieces per style for most of our core bodies, and 100–250 for technical fabrics, headwear and packaging where setup costs are higher. If you are under those numbers, talk to us anyway — consolidating your range onto fewer styles usually gets you there without cutting your assortment.

How long does a first order take?

Roughly 10–13 weeks from brief to dispatch, plus freight. Sampling is the part that varies most: each round trip is about ten days, and two rounds is typical. Repeat orders using an approved sample run in 18–24 days.

Do you charge for samples?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sampling is priced per style and covers pattern making, fabric and labour. The fee is credited against your bulk order once you go into production.

Question 4

Can you match a specific Pantone colour?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from 300 pieces per colourway. We send lab dips for approval before bulk dyeing. Below that quantity we work from our stock colour range, which is wide enough for most programmes.

Question 5

Can you produce from my own patterns?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send graded patterns and a reference garment and we will produce to your specification. If you only have sketches, we develop the pattern for you as part of sampling.

Question 6

What certifications do you hold?

Accepted Answer

Our partner facilities hold WRAP and BSCI social compliance audits, and we can supply OEKO-TEX certified fabrics and GRS-certified recycled yarns on request. Certificates are issued per order.

Question 7

Who owns the designs?

Accepted Answer

You do. We produce exclusively to your specification and do not resell your designs, patterns or artwork. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything.
